  Never request a loan here. You will experience the most frustration here. Especially if you worked with Lorena Le, if its assigned to her. Start again or just go to other place. It was fine at first but she is very very irresponsive. I got approval in early October, then I send in many supporting documents to work things out. She would barely give updates. One day I received a letter saying its denied. If its not because I called in, I would never know i made a typo when signing up membership. Then, after opening up membership with the costa mesa branch where all staffs are lovely and kind. I waited for half a week of no words. I had to call her to ask for progress where she just replied using email with minimal update. Then, got another approval letter follows by a denial out of nowhere. Here comes the most disappointment. Called in at 1:30pm and agent asked me to wait for Lorena's call back. Nothing until 4. Then I called in the department. Put on hold for full hour then blank. Had to call back again to be told no supervisor or Lorena herself can provide explanation. Call back on Monday. Normally, if theres issue, normal communication is to call and ask. But their way of communication is please wait for mail. PAPER MAIL. We are in 2025!!!! EMAIL or Phone works !?!??!?

  Never thought I could be set into the back of the line twice. I was waiting in line to pull cash out when I was call to the next window. The lady asked me if this was about a cash transaction. Of course it's cash, this is a bank... then she said "oh, you'll have to wait for him for cash transactions..." forcing me to wait in line again... Idc if the machine wasn't working, should consider that berating people's time

  I absolutely love this location. I was greeted and helped right away, and the process was quick and efficient. The people were very welcoming and professional. They offer coffee/tea/hot chocolate in the waiting area. I was helped by Joseph Rivera and he was wonderful. He was friendly and set up my account with ease. I cannot say enough good things about this place. Great atmosphere.
