- PMPamela McBeeJun 13, 20251.0So I just move to Costa Mesa and wanted to move my bank up closer to me. Not that I don't like my bank it's just I got to drive 20 to 30 minutes just to get to my bank. I was at Home Depot next to the Citibank and when I came out I went in to see if I could get quarters because I'm waiting for my washer and dryer to be delivered. When I went in the bank a lady who helped me was a pretty young lady very nice. But she asked me if I had an account there and I said no I don't and her manager younger looking than her said she couldn't do it without me having an account there. But if he would have just taken the time to hear my story he would've known why I didn't have an account. I will definitely not move any of my money to Citibank not this Citibank for sure. Cuz the number one thing with banks is customer service. When you can't help a person and listen to their story first before making that judgment call then you're not a bank I want to be a part of.

Everyone was super friendly and nice. We met with Gerardo (Jerry) who was a pleasure to meet with and was very informative of all the details of their checking accounts. I really appreciated him helping us out. Please be kind as they are shortstaffed just like everywhere else so be kind, be patient, and be prepared to wait. I definately recommend this location and if you get the chance to ask Jerry anything he's great!
