- SHSiemneng Hourt6 days ago1.0I never had issues at any Wells Fargo branch, but today I had a bad experience here. One of a teller girl was rude and told me to count my own money with an attitude. I rarely write reviews, but this made me feel uncomfortable. I hope customer service improves at this location.

- WFWC FieldsOct 1, 20161.0CAUTION: I was cashing a check for $1750.00, a very simple thing, and the bank teller ( a black chick in mid twenties or older) took forever fooling with the check. I knew there was sufficient funds in the account. This was my renter's rent check which never bounced. After, what seemed like an eternity, the teller, who was SILENT during the long wait, counted out $750.00 and laid it in front of me. "Okay, seven hundred and fifty." Then she waited for my response. I just stared at her for a few moments. She knew damn well that she was shorting me a THOUSAND DOLLARS. I didn't pick up the $750.00 and didn't say a word, but just kept staring at her. And she still said nothing until finally she realized I knew she was trying to STEAL A THOUSAND DOLLARS OF MINE! She knew what she was doing. I complained to the manager. WATCH OUT! THAT TELLER IS A THIEF!
