    Horrible branch- appointment is irrelevant and meaningless at this branch. I had an appointment and had to wait and wait. What is the point of having an appointment. Will never come back to this place again.

    I’m a customer in this bank and I have a business account and every morning I go to the bank to deposit money during I’m doing the deposit there was a women opened her car door and was screaming at me and she wants me to stop depositing and to stay away from the ATM machine same time I found a banker was standing outside I asked him who’s this lady he said it’s the manager and he said that she wants me to finish because she want to get inside the bank it was really disrespectful from the manager and here name is irwande to treat me that way!! I stopped depositing and I went to chase bank at 8:50 to deposit there and it was open before their hours and they treat me really good and kind and I wish to respect the customer more

    Girls at windows were only interested in keep talking to each other. I understand it was past 4pm close to closing time. But have some communication focus with customers so we don't have to keep repeating ourselves.
