Not Recommended for Small Businesses
I would not recommend this bank to anyone running a small business. Since opening the account three months ago, we’ve encountered constant issues—from problems with online banking to difficulties sending a simple Zelle payment. Most recently, a routine business purchase was declined multiple times. I’ve now been on the phone with customer service for nearly an hour while they struggle to even access my account. The experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and go with a different bank. If this is how they handle business accounts, I can only imagine how poor the personal banking experience must be.

I am a lucky non-customer of this bank. We just happened to need to open a personal account for a relative here. We walked in 2 weeks prior to this review and a teller asked what we needed. Upon our response, she said the one who open accounts were absent and she handed us a paper to filled in and said email attachment was fine. We went home, filled out the paperwork and sent her as a successful attachment. No response in the following days, and we sent a follow up, she blessed us with a response that she cannot open the JPG attachment of the scanned paperwork. Without a follow up, we would be without any communication. We called the branch after a few days, the same lady picked up and said that do not come on Friday, come on Monday instead very reluctantly. Then we went to the branch on Monday morning, this time another lady took us, collected information, made some copies and said that our account opening needs another appointment. She promised that she would give us a call on in the afternoon. Conforming very well with the pattern that far, the call did not happen. I called the customer service day later, got in touch with the manager through the CS, who said they are a 'close-relationship' bank, not sure what that means. The manager asked for the statements from existing banks. We provided the account overviews with all details and amounts and got a call saying, they will not be able move along since no statements were provided. Such a waste of my precious time...
Bottomline, this is a very weird bank branch, since the first moment you feel that you are not welcomed and things go not in a smooth manner like you see in other, normal bank branches. You feel the immense reluctancy on serving the walk-in people.
Long story short, if an ordinary potential customer with good standing financial qualifications gets this all-around negative experience here, anyone can have the same. AVOID!
