Since opening the account three months ago, we’ve encountered constant issues—from problems with online banking to difficulties sending a simple Zelle payment. Most recently, a routine business purchase was declined multiple times. I’ve now been on the phone with customer service for nearly an hour while they struggle to even access my account. The experience has been incredibly frustrating and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress and go with a different bank. If this is how they handle business accounts, I can only imagine how poor the personal banking experience must be.

The process was as smooth as it could be due to their participation.
