She’s not only great at what she does, but also incredibly personable and cute, which makes every visit feel welcoming. The bank itself runs smoothly — transactions are quick, staff are helpful, and mobile tools make managing accounts easy. The atmosphere is clean and organized, and customer service always feels personal rather than rushed. If there’s any drawback, it’s that wait times can stretch a bit during peak hours, but the team usually moves efficiently to keep things flowing. Overall, this Wells Fargo branch stands out for its excellent leadership and strong customer service.

Made a one hour drive from my current home (I’d moved out of Cool, thus closing the box) and it was just an opportunity for “the banker” to try and upsell me to other products. The “manager” couldn’t even close the box for me, had to be “a banker.” Done with Wells Fargo for good!
