Stopped by today to close deceased father's account which might have $10 bucks in it, but guess what. They booted me out because I need an appointment. As per their lazy agents although she had no one in her office she stated the appointment is required because it would take time to scan the Death Certificate. I just stopped at Chase and Bank of America without appointments it took them less then 5 minutes in both. Besides dealing with the loss of father I have to deal with this type of banker at this bank.

The teller was friendly and helpful. The wait was a little long but that wasn’t the tellers fault they had a couple of complicated transactions and they still apologized to me for waiting.
