    One more proof that moving away from Wells Fargo was an awesome choice. Stopped by today to close deceased father's account which might have $10 bucks in it, but guess what. They booted me out because I need an appointment. As per their lazy agents although she had no one in her office she stated the appointment is required because it would take time to scan the Death Certificate. I just stopped at Chase and Bank of America without appointments it took them less then 5 minutes in both. Besides dealing with the loss of father I have to deal with this type of banker at this bank.

    I used this branch to make a deposit for my wife who was in an accident. I didn’t have an account with them but they treated me like I did. The teller was friendly and helpful. The wait was a little long but that wasn’t the tellers fault they had a couple of complicated transactions and they still apologized to me for waiting.

    My brother, Scott, came in there today and you guys know him very well!! He is in a wheelchair. It is not easy for him to use the ATM due to his disability and he prefers to have the teller help him. However, today, you guys forced him to go to the ATM and he couldn't deposit some money into the correct account. I tried to call you to have this handled privately but it seems you don't want to answer your phones. Do you guys have any idea how many ADA laws you guys broke today?!?! Since you guys broke so many ADA laws, would you like the ADA to contact you? It won't be very nice if they do, I can GUARANTEE that!
