Pandemic or not it’s always been super slow. 2-3 tellers and someone always has to ask a question and not wait in line. Why? Is there any other way? I asked about a drop box but I do not have an account with Wells Fargo. Not going to get one. I wish my landlord banked at Travis Credit Union.

- NFNancy FloresAug 19, 20211.0It's rare that I go to this wells fargo, I went in at 415pm and there was 4 other people Infront of me and 7 "workers" there. 3 on their phone or laughing and showing pictures while we were just waiting there. It's not the fist time I go there and even if there is only one person in front they take soo long to help. Got out at 4:56 I think and hope they can do better.
