We're just walk in customers but one of the bank teller called us he's name is Alexander and he said he can help us there , So where done w/ our transaction in a very short period of time like 10 minutes . He even greet my husband advance happy birthday he saw it in ID Sept 4 he's b'day. So thank you very much for a nice experience. We said we will give Alexander a perfect score of 10 if it's the highest..
