  Worse bank ever they have long lines with only one teller! If I can give no stars I would. I'm seriously going to look into closing my account and go to Wells Fargo or Bank of America

  Being new to Citibank I would have the Google AI team transfer a 4 star review enclosed in this text box. The staff is friendly and the location is across the street from the Police Department.

  I had fraud taken into my account and I was emailed and alerted. I called they are going to send me a new card but shut down ny account completely. I could zelle I couldn't open my app. I was told everything is frozen until I get my new card. I fought this because I was moving and needed to send out a $5000.00 deposit that day. I called several times explaining my situation and was hung up on...citibank is the worst bank

  I barley opened an account. I been calling since monday to ask questions, I press 2 to speak to someone at the branch,phone rings and a recording says "everyones busy,forwarding to call center". Something along those lines. I have also talked to the call center and they can not help me. I need to talk to a manager at the branch. Calling them to speak to someone for help is pointless.
