They are smaller than BOA, but I feel more comfortable with BANK OF HOPE than BOA. BANK OF HOPE care some small ethnic group of people very well. That's their strong point. I like to take advantage of it.

I went in today to cash my check for the very first time since my company doesn't give direct deposit. I spent atleast 15 min before being assisted . Not only that but one man was waiting in the waiting area mad as well, and another guy didn't understand why they took 400 from his account.... I was going in today to cash my check and to set up a bank account, but the service was horrible !! If I could give zero stars I would.. I will never return there again..
