- AAAshleyDec 4, 20253.0You guys have the right to change your policies but I was told to call the customer service hotline to close an account and was told not only they cannot access the account for security reasons but also confusion as to why I was given this number by the teller in the first place then I called again a week later and then another guy closed my account like you all need to provide consistent training for the customer service agents because they can mislead a lot of people.
