- JRJose RicardoOct 11, 20253.0I accompanied my grandma to this bank today for some bills exchange. As an observer, I found the experience surprisingly impersonal. The teller only said “welcome” at the beginning and “thank you, have a nice day” at the end. There was no effort to address my grandma by name or make the interaction feel warm or personal. What stood out even more was that no receipt was provided after the transaction. This is the first time we’ve visited a bank and walked away from a transaction without any kind of receipt. I believe this is a basic expectation and hope it can be improved.
