THERE HAVE TO BE MORE THAN 2 BANK TELLER IN THE FRONT BECAUSE THEY ARE WASTING OUR TIME... SUCH A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR THE FIRST TIME IN WELLS FARGO. MY FEET AND LEGS ARE HURTING NOW. THEY NEED TO COME UP WITH A BETTER MANAGEMENT SYSTEM 👎👎👎👎👎

If you guys have been told you are slow (based on other reviews) why wouldn't you hire at least one more person? My time is worth something and so is all of your customers! So perhaps do something about it.

It’s common to see three tellers huddled around one issue while 8 to 10 customers wait in line—without any acknowledgment or updates. There’s a clear lack of urgency and awareness, and the management appears to have no plan in place to improve service or efficiency. Unfortunately, this has become a pattern, not a one-time occurrence. I recommend avoiding this branch altogether if you value your time and expect basic courtesy.
