- CCCohoshFeb 9, 20231.0I came here to open an account and stood at the front desk for 15 minutes without being acknowledged. One female employee looked at me a few times and said nothing. Absolutely felt ignored so on my way out, I told the branch manager Derek Gore that I would not be banking here, if this is any indication of how their customer service is. Totally unfriendly vibe so I'll be opening a checking account with a bank that values customers, or at least greets them. Would not recommend!
