  When's to pay my Citibank credit card but they said they don't take cash. I can open a bank account with them and they'll take my cash , how stupid is that. Glad I don't bank there.

  Terrible service , I promise I am a very calm person I smile almost nonstop , what I’m getting is there absolutely no reason to get the horrible service I got here , first I went to cash a check for a loan, I tell the lady I’m here to cash a check , she takes a glance at my check and mumbles something nd just walks away , I get confused and ask her what is she saying ?, she tells me they don’t cash checks at Citibank….. so now I’m just froze , never heard a bank say they don’t cash checks ESPECIALLY their own since it was a Citibank issued , mind you when she glanced she did it really fast because when I had said it’s a Citibank check , NOWW she wanted to actually look at it , okay so now she’s looking at it nd tells me oh it’s a loan check give it a day to process and come back , I tell her oh nah I got this check the other day so it might be already good , she then repeated “sir if you got this check today it won’t clear” I tell her again , mam I didn’t get this check today it was a few days ago can you please just see run it through to see if it’s good now , she again said, look sir I can’t help you cash this check you have to give it a few days you can’t cash it same day ,then walks away… now I’m frustrated because she’s not even listening to me , so the manager overhears and sees I’m frustrated dealing with a childish unprofessional woman , so she walks over to me to ask whats my problem, i explain to her I have a check and the lady is saying yall can’t cash your OWN checks , manager looks at it and says yes we don’t cash loan checks at this location and tells me where to go , So now I’m even more annoyed the fact that lady played games with me , ignored me , when all she had to do was actually look at my check and say go to this other place to cash it and boom we’d be done , instead 10 minutes of childish games (I’m not just saying this because the situation but I’m being 100% honest it did look like she was high of something she couldn’t stay still or even talk words clear) soo called the other place to confirm I can , tell me why this guy pretty much tells me they probably thought I was trying to scam with a fake check because the loan place I went through has the highest in fraud checks …. So they profiled me.. ima cash this check still but crazy experience over a damn check man

  Was worried about past reviews and it's the only citibank closest to me. Service seems fine to me, I guess they're turning things around.
