Today it was mayda the manager who refused to cash a check even after speaking to the account holder on the phone. She thought it was funny after spending over 20 min of my time, and told me I should try another location. I went right down the street and was in and out in less than 10 min. This lady needs to be reminded she ain't the owner of this bank. It's the customers and their money that keep that bank going. Not hers

After approximately 10-12 minutes of waiting, was told by teller that check from Mossy Honda of Lemon Grove was not valid. When teller was asked for her name, myself the customer was told sternly to exit the branch. Upon exiting, check was deposited into external ATM. Being a Wells Fargo account holder since 1999, this was definitely the worst customer service of a lifetime; enough to warrant BBB complaint.
