- AAAngieDec 17, 20251.0Today, I went in for assistance. The teller straight out didn’t want to help me, her name is Judy. I tried to explain to her the issue and tried to show her proof in which she never acknowledged and straight out didn’t want to help and directly told me I was in the wrong. I ended up going to another Wells Fargo, although I didn’t resolve the issue, I noticed the difference of the assistance. The other teller on the other branch in San ysidro was really helpful and she acknowledged my proofs and transactions, she even offered to call the main office for help.

Came in the atm with $400 came back with $300, costumer service was absolutely unbearable and awful makes me want to not be a costumer, mind you I’ve been a costumer for over 20 years.
