- LDLiz D.Apr 16, 20192.0This is the only Wells Fargo Branch that has their Merchant Business Lane closed. I've never had this issue at any other Wells Fargo. The customer line is always backed up and not enough tellers on customer side. And no Teller available on the Merchant Business side. They are either short staffed all the time or do not want to open the Merchant Business Lane due to losing a Teller in the customer lanes. Should not take over 30mins to make a deposit . I will not come back here unless Upper Management fixes this issue. I would not recommend this location since it's on a busy main street, Broadway, and not enough Bank Tellers.
