- CMChristopher MayMar 31, 20251.0All I can say as a new customer is that the people who work at the branch are super nice and helpful............but save all of your paperwork and write down any and all important numbers that go with your accounts because calling the customer service number on the back of your debit card is pointless............those people will not help you if you forget any of your numbers............just left the bank a little bit ago............I closed both of my accounts...........lost close to 100 dollars in fees.............new customers beware.............read the bad reviews..............they aren't lies.............open up an account at any other bank but this one
