  All I can say as a new customer is that the people who work at the branch are super nice and helpful............but save all of your paperwork and write down any and all important numbers that go with your accounts because calling the customer service number on the back of your debit card is pointless............those people will not help you if you forget any of your numbers............just left the bank a little bit ago............I closed both of my accounts...........lost close to 100 dollars in fees.............new customers beware.............read the bad reviews..............they aren't lies.............open up an account at any other bank but this one

  You are not a number, The friendly staff calls you by your name. And I hardy have any money there Even if I had a million dollars I couldn,t be treated any better Ricardo Domínguez no mmm I couldn,t be treated any better!!!

  Beware the bank personnel appears to judge based on what you look like and wear - very noticeable upon trying to open a new business account which had higher fees than listed online. Couldn’t wait to leave-the questioning was like police interrogation! Get a clue science is not in your wheelhouse - I’m sure other highly educated people will find a better banking solution.
