No one has come up to us, there are 3 other bankers sitting at their desks. I asked someone for some help (all I need to do is send a wire) and they said it could be 20 min or could be 2 hours. How do people honestly operate like this. If this was my local branch I would literally leave Wells Fargo for good. Horrendous, horrendous customer service.

My personal banker said i wouldnt have to pay for anything as long as i had a direct deposit set up. Next thing i know, theyre telling me i have to keep $300 in my savings to avoid fees and $20 in my checking to avoid getting my account closed. Scam artist at best.
