No one has come up to us, there are 3 other bankers sitting at their desks. I asked someone for some help (all I need to do is send a wire) and they said it could be 20 min or could be 2 hours. How do people honestly operate like this. If this was my local branch I would literally leave Wells Fargo for good. Horrendous, horrendous customer service.

I signed in and waited for 30 minutes, only to be told that the business banker wasn’t available today. This is not how a bank should operate. If someone had simply checked in with me after a few minutes and asked what I needed, I wouldn’t have minded. But making a customer wait half an hour just to be turned away is unacceptable. Poor communication and a waste of time. I recommend going elsewhere if you value your time.
