I stated yes than she said let me ask my manager and went to the corner where the manager was sitting and said no not today even tho the bank was not busy and I feel like they just don’t want to help me out because it’s Friday afternoon. I will take my business elsewhere. Also why ask if I have the paperwork, knowing you’re not going to help me out! Definitely need a better and helpful branch manager.
