I cant imagine it's easy to maintain that vibe with some of the not-so-savory customers that come in, so I applaud them for their efforts!
- GRGabriel RiveraApr 15, 20221.0soooo this is my second review I’ve waited a month to see if this Wells Fargo branch improves but it doesn’t, it’s been 4 hour since I cashed my check, but my checking plan says it will give me my deposit quick, staffing is poor they just sit and socialize I seen this guy sit in line for hours with all these other people that had real problems just to see his sister that’s a teller there high, and I guess they thought it was social time cause they started talking anyway he didn’t even cash or deposit nothing he just waited in line to say high😂I don’t know it’s just not professional.(WORST BANK IN CHICO BY FAR!!! I recommend chase or Bank of America this place is just putting a bad reputation on Wells Fargo it’s sad.
