I had been in line 20+ minutes and she literally sounded like this: " what? Umm we haven't done that in over two years. There's covid." *Scoffs and laughs* " I can schedule you for like two weeks from now at the earliest" and then I called the Northridge branch and they saw me THE NEXT DAY and without the attitude. I don't understand why people have to be rude and try to make people feel bad for no reason. Now I only come here if I have to.
