Don’t bother to complain to customer service, they will listen to your sad story apologize make promises that never happen. This branch has cost me loss of money and hours of stress and aggravation because they are incompetent. I am done with Wells Fargo. I don’t know what happened to them but they are so terrible. I will never bank there again . I was a business customer
