  I visited this branch to ask for some questions about a CD, and I walked into the office. Then, Eugene Lam, whose office was right by the exit, immediately greeted me and invited me into his office. He answered all of my questions instantly. He was very knowledgeable and explained the process of what to do next very well, which was extremely helpful. I am very grateful for his friendly and knowledgeable assistance. Thank you.

  Tried to open a new business account, I had a few questions. The woman on the phone told me to hold so she could get information on it and left me on hold for over 25 minutes and then hung up on me. I tried calling back but it just kept on giving me the ringing tone and they didn't answer at all. Update: I called back later and they had me on hold for about 7 minutes, a woman answered and I introduced myself and told her I had a few questions about the business account. She started answering part of my question, however my question went more in depth, and she only kept on repeating the part that we both already knew that was on the website, when I asked her to clarify she started looking for the answer, after about five minutes she asked if she could call me on Monday instead and that she would be able to help me better then, I told her of course and that I was looking forward to it, she took down my number and I was hopeful I would receive better care coming Monday. For the rest of the week I did not get a single call back from Citibank.

  We spent an hour trying to make a wire transfer. The information they gave us was incorrect. We had to instead to go to another branch. Gooing to this branch was a complete waste of time and they are totally incompetent

  Bad customer service, I have open up the checking and saving account and made the deposit on 6/28/19 ($14k) and I was told funds will be available next business day. Next day pass by and I still didnt see funds in my account, I called the bank and talked to manager and told since my account is newly open account funds will be available on 7/6/19. Its past that day again and I still have funds in my account. If this is how they are treating new customers, do they expect more business? As soon as I get my promotion deal, I will be taking my funds away. There are plenty other bank who will stand by their word to release MY money to my account on time.
