  Tried to open a new business account, I had a few questions. The woman on the phone told me to hold so she could get information on it and left me on hold for over 25 minutes and then hung up on me. I tried calling back but it just kept on giving me the ringing tone and they didn't answer at all.

  Absolutely incredible experience at this Citi location! I knocked on the door right at 5 in desperate need of a cashiers check, and Brittney made an exception for me! She and Christina were extremely helpful and quick. I can’t thank them enough for making an exception for me and being so kind and helpful! They made the difference in me getting my dream car. These girls are life savers!

  Citibank offered cash bonus when you open checking and saving account but there is a catch where you do not have an existing checking account within 180 days. After waiting for a long time at this branch for a personal account representative to inquire of this promotion, she assured me that I am eligible for this bonus. I opened the accounts and waited for the bonus, supposedly after 60 days but it took much longer to get the bonus if you get one at all. After many months of waiting and several calls, I learned that I did not get the bonus. Waste of time and effort. From now on, I will not do any business with Citi bank no matter how good is the offer is !!
