Because of them today, I am ready to go do business elsewhere. Just tried to simply change my name and was told to come back at 9 am tomorrow I said I can't do that because I will be at work is there another time after 230. The girl whose a teller tells me no that's the only time and if I don't like it there are other banks. I am seriously considering looking into another bank as in away from Wells Fargo.
