- VKVictoria KaneDec 18, 20251.0I had a large check written on Wells Fargo. Took the check in last week, they made a copy of front of check. They said come back next wed or thur, we'll order the currency. I called Wednesday, they said come in Thursday. Went in and guess what, they said they couldn't verify the check. So they ordered the currency before getting the check verified? So Wells Fargo has the balls to write the check, just not cash it! THAT'S WHY I DON'T HAVE AN ACCOUNT WITH YOU!

After waiting 10 min Was told banker was running behind due to an earlier appt (nowhere to be seen though, not back from lunch most likely) and the appt would take 1.5 hours! Really?! Closing account ASAP!

You can easily spend 30 minutes in line to see one of only two tellers. I gotta start using another branch. However, I will say the staff is super friendly and outside of the very long wait time, I have no complaints about any other experience here.
