- DODiana OlingerJan 31, 20251.0This is the slowest branch Ive ever been to. There's 6 people in line, 1 teller behind the window, and 2 people sitting at their desks not acknowledging anyone. We've been standing here for 10 mins. Next time I will drive farther away to another branch.

On this day I asked if I can get two roll of quarters so I can wash clothes in my apt complex and I was denied because I’m not a member of patelco. The Dublin location allowed me to get quarters before. Such a inconvenience they are not sorry for it and didn’t even offer an alternative or solution. I will no long do business with this branch and would recommend and different credit union if I were you.
