  Carmen goes above and beyond to help us. She is patient, kind, and knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about finding the best solution for our needs. It’s rare to feel this well taken care of at a bank, and we are very grateful for her guidance and follow-through.

  No one ever answers the phone in this branch. I also opened an account during a promotion for the Lunar New Year and I was supposed to receive a gift. It has been 2 years and they still can’t locate the gift. Very poor customer service. I’m considering closing all my accounts there now.

  This branch dont cash their own checks makes no sense if they issue a check they cant cash it!!

  I can't say much about Citibank website (outdated), but their banker, Annie Chui is great! I had to add a beneficiary to all my accounts, and she was patiently doing that. I had to go to her numerous times because of the time limit for my appointments which took a lot longer. I recommend her for the bank's customer service, which is indeed superb. I would ask for her again! Ray C.

  After scheduling notary service 24 hours prior and explaining who and what was involved with the needs of the notary required, approximately one hour with the other party whose signature was also to be notarized enroute, I received a call from this branch telling me they would not fully perform the notary. The branch manager ended up calling me back and confirmed they would not honor my fully informed notary appointment made the day before and refused to get his boss involved, instead referring me to general customer service, and then hung up the phone on me. These two phone calls took about 35 minutes of my time. This type of service is so typical of Citibank since I opened my accounts close to three years ago. They do not see customers at all, and for this branch to do this when an employee on a recorded phone line was fully informed about my notary needs is so typical of this horrific customer service history I have received as their customer since day one.
