I'm from the Midwest and even at a gas station the clerk will give you all your money facing the right way inn in the same direction, if not, the customer will notice.... If Wells Fargo wants to be cutting edge in a region where employees are mediocre and customer service is poor, the tellers should give you your money all facing in the same direction. .. the employees are already receiving pay, it is not too much to ask of them to take pride in their job
