- AVAbe VelardeOct 10, 20253.0I visited this Wells Fargo branch on Friday morning, about twenty minutes after they opened. When I arrived, there were around five people ahead of me in line, which is pretty typical for a Friday. However, the branch was clearly understaffed — only one teller was working, doing their best to keep up, but the line moved very slowly. After waiting about 45 minutes, another employee (possibly a banker or a teller handling other duties in the lobby) finally helped me. I don’t have an account with Wells Fargo, and when I mentioned that, I was still asked to verify whether I had one or not. I found that process unnecessary since I’ve cashed checks there before and always paid the non-member fee. While I understand that every location has its challenges — especially in busy or tougher areas — I think this branch could really benefit from additional customer service training and better staffing. On Fridays in particular, there should be enough tellers to handle the expected traffic. The employees who were there were polite and working hard, but they were clearly overwhelmed.

You call the issues in and they have no explanation as to why the tellers at a branch couldn’t help. Everyone blames each other and you will end up in the same place you started in
