After waiting for 20minutes to be seen,I waited another 5 minutes while the banker tried to get his call answered by corporate customer support. The banker didnt try to get my solution. He accepted defeat on the phone and hung up to tell me the news without asking me for more information. I was not about to wait another 5 minutes for him to get through on the phone again so I left. What a waist of time!
