- JOJazmin ONov 11, 20251.0Bad management, wellsfargo has a bad reputation but this branch specifically is a joke. They think they can dictate how much you can withdrawa of your own money (less than 10k) on the basis of if they like how you answered their questions or not.

The woman working the teller was just so incredibly rude to my 8 year old who was playing on my phone while I was trying to have a conversation with her. She kept accusing him of taking pictures of her which he wasn't even doing! When I tried to explain that to her she was even more aggressive and rude. There is not a single picture on my camera roll from today. And of course she was unable to help me even though when I spoke to customer service over the weekend was told I needed to go into the branch. Complete laziness on both ends. Nobody wanted to do their job and help me. I'm changing banks. This incident occurred on 7/14/25 around 10:40am. at the Carlsbad branch at 961 Palomar Airport Rd. I didn’t get her name because I was so upset when I left but she was the only one working the teller.
