- AAAndrea AJul 31, 20201.0I have been a customer to this particular branch and I recently tried to make an appointment with a banker over the phone and the representative whom I was talking to scheduled me at a time to come in and said she could help me out with it. When I got there I didn't remember the name but I gave them mine and they told me to wait in the car due to covid and they would let me know when I could come in and I waited about 30 mins in the car for them to tell me that they had no available bankers and if would like to make an appointment for the next day because no one seemed to remember making an appointment with me. By then I was really upset because that is not at all the type service they should be giving to ANY customer, they could've told me when I walked in that there had been an error and end it that way... I ended up just going to the Wells Fargo at the La Costa Town Square where I got the type of service I should've got in the first place.
