Unfortunately my mother passed away last year and after her death, following her living trust, asked to distribute her deposited funds. We hired a probate attorney and after months of waiting we received a final disposition by the court and attempted to distribute my mom’s funds according to her living trust. We have been attempting to get my mom’s estate settled now for months and Wells Fargo has gone above and beyond to deny our legal rights to liquidate her assets. We have all documents from the courts and yet again today after hours of waiting we have been given yet more run around and denied our legal right, as validated by the courts, to distribute her money. Wells Fargo is deplorable at best and possibly criminal in their behavior regarding this matter. With so many choices in financial institutions I hope anyone reading this makes a choice other than Wells Fargo.
