- TFTom FranchinaJun 17, 20245.0Great Business Bank with excellent customer service! I recently sold my company, and I did business banking with this First Citizens branch for several years. I also financed several commercial properties in two states that were valued in the millions. No other bank could come close to their rates and the excellent service I received. I had previously banked with several larger banks and was happy that I changed to First Citizens.

She had dark hair, older lady in mid to late 50's treated me as if I were a complete criminal just for cashing my payroll check. She 1st had to call the office where I work at to verify that my Boss who is a Dr. Printed the payroll check and that i didn' t forge it or something, then she had to call my boss/business owner to verify on his cell phone that he wrote check which he verified and that wasn't good enough for her either. She then had to call his branch and get verification that my boss/business owner is who he is and not a fraud. Unbelievable service! I am just disgusted with that teller and her judging service. I would never bank with 1st Citizens due to horrible customer service treating you as if you are a criminal... so crazy!
