If anything, they held us up from any help. This bank did very well when times were good. Where are they now? Nowhere. They couldn't help us with the PPPloan offered by the government. After all this is over, we will find bank that will work for us in bad times and good!!! Pacific Western Bank, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

- MLMike LevyAug 9, 20141.0Customer service HORRIBLE. My family decided to do business banking with them and if it was my decision I would close all the accounts and go somewhere else. Can't get a deposit slip unless making deposit, they fax to my cell phone ( multiple times) after being given my fax number, made deposits into the wrong account. Not sure how they are still in business. If you don't care about customer service and the bottom line is your only concern then bank there but don't complain about mistakes and bad customer service. Maybe they will read this and make some changes. I must say I have not been to other branches but I will probably go out of my way to at least give it a try.
