- BRBeth Wilkins RismillerSep 6, 20191.0Melissa is extremely unprofessional. She does not know information that seems it should be within the most basic, general knowledge of a Financial Advisor. While this would be excusable so long as she knew where to find the answers, she is neither prompt nor responsive in following up. Even the lack of responsiveness would be excusable if she was otherwise helpful and pleasant, however, she is rude and disrespectful to her clients. Further, during multiple calls to her office, the person answering the phone stated that there was no "Melissa" in the office and was not certain how to contact Melissa. Be careful trying to reach the office though, because if you hang up without leaving a message on voicemail (which generally are not returned), you will be accused of making "multiple calls and hangups" to the office.
