- LLLanaJun 21, 20251.0I’ve been a loyal Wells Fargo customer for over 11 years and have never experienced anything as unprofessional and frustrating as I did at this branch. Marcel Fry, the representative who assisted me, was not only incompetent but also shockingly rude and disrespectful throughout the entire interaction. He seemed completely uninterested in helping, lacked basic knowledge about bank procedures, and spoke to me in a condescending tone that made the entire experience unnecessarily stressful. I left very disappointed. Wells Fargo has always provided me with decent service over the years, but this encounter was unacceptable. I expect a much higher standard of professionalism—especially from someone representing a major financial institution. This behavior should not be tolerated, and I hope the bank takes appropriate action to ensure no other customer is treated this way.

My experience with this bank has been marvelous, and I'm actually closing my Chase account ($12 per month service charge) and transferring everything to Wells Fargo. No matter what branch you go into or happen to phone for help, everyone is friendly, knowledgeable, and accurate. Amazing!! AND you don't have to wait for customer service! I LOVE that!
