My card and 700 was missing I called the claim department.. waited 2 weeks for them to tell me the claim was denied. Wells Fargo basically called me a liar and refused to validate my claim without reviewing videos and transaction times. I been a customer since 2006 ...700 isn't too much money for a big bank but for a mom of two. It is!
