I have been here multiple times and every time I ended up waiting for a long time for a short transaction. this last time which was less than a week ago. I had to wait more than 30 mins for someone to acknowledge me that I am waiting to use my safe box, and after a while someone came and let me in and I specifically told him this only takes a couple minutes, after I was done, I keep waiting and waiting and knocking on the door for someone to help me and after 15 mins a lady came and said the other banker went on his break time. This is not acceptable, I have been waiting for an hour for something that only takes 5 mins. very bad experience. No t happy with their service at all!
