Not everyone is there to open a new account and not like she didn’t understood the situation. By far the worst encounter I had at any WF bank but one thing thankfully it was quick. Do better.

They waste your time, give you different answers every time you ask a question, and couldn’t care less about helping you. Total joke of an operation.
