- LELiz EsquivelNov 3, 20255.0I recently changed Credit Unions to go with Patelco and I have had nothing less than five star assistance! I visited Bascom location today, Alex Mariscal assisted me. He was so kind and patient as I had more questions than a simple withdrawal. He never rushed in fact walked me through a new service where I could purchase gift cards right from my cell phone. Wonderful and perfect as I don’t like putting my debit card info on all places. I purchase an Amazon gift card and he went further to help load it on my Amazon account. I can’t say enough and my comforter has been ordered expected tomorrow! BRAVO, Thank You Patelco !!!

Wait time, four minutes. Apparently they can't be bothered to get up and open up another window. This isn't the first time this has happened. Next time will be the last time. I wouldn't recommend this financial institution to anyone.
