- MKMichelene KellyFeb 24, 20231.0My husband passed away 01/20/23. I realized his February Social Security check would probably be deposited into our checking account. Social Security said bank would send check back. I asked teller if this was so.... it’s too long to tell but, she and another employee couldn’t help, couldn’t refer me to anyone, and offered to print out my bank statement. I went over it at home and thankfully found my answer. She just couldn’t take a few minutes to go over it with an 82 yr. old 43+year customer. Lack of training is very obvious at this branch. I also go to Chase, Mission Oaks and have been very happy with their staff. ☹️Wells Fargo 😊Chase

I will not, step inside this branch. At the moment, I will use other branches. You would just think, with online banking, banking with our smart phones, or using ATMs. The reason we go inside, is because we like the friendly personal touch.. if you do, don't go to this branch!
