As I am being helped by the only teller present, I noticed that the queue behind me has grown to 9 others. A lady with eastern European accent exclaims "Can you get help?? There are 8 windows but only you!" The teller replied "I am the HELP. This is the way WELLS FARGO does it. " Welcome to the AUTOMATION AGE.
