I whistled three times at him and he wouldn’t stop so I went to my font my get my phone out of my van and he called the cops on me. This is disability discrimination.
- RARichard AronsonJun 13, 20255.0Like any smaller bank branch, they can get busy, especially if there is a lot of demand for one specific person such as the branch manager (needed for safe deposit box access, smaller account creation, check cashing without having an account, many approvals, etc.). This can especially overload things on the days paychecks are given out. But they have a huge assortment of services out of this branch, and I learn more about how Citi might help my finances every visit. We have NEVER left the branch without accomplishing everything we intended and given the amounts we tend to deal with, that has taken over an hour on occasion. They are friendly, thorough, and competent, and if we call in advance to pick a good time, that really shortens our time in the branch.

Their explanation was that since I didn't have a bank account there, there was nothing they could do for me, it had to be done online, or through the ATM, (Which had a $3k cash deposit limit per month that I'd already exceeded). Congrats, Citi Camarillo, you guys helped solidify my decision to stop using this card, and use another for day to day purchases-Not a problem here. The day you can't walk into a bank, and they won't take your cash, is truly a pathetic day. This is exactly where blockchain and crypto shines, and is sounding the death knoll for institutional banking, especially when they shoot themselves in the foot like this, needlessly. Congrats, Citi, you lost another customer...
