- RNR NaranjoSep 14, 20251.0This location is unbelievably unprofessional. I made an appointment at 11am and the banker Alejandro arrived late. Then, he gave me the incorrect information and I had to call the Wells Fargo call center to eventually finish my 2 hour visit. While I was on the phone, the banker Alejandro was literally harassing me and interrupting my phone call like a child, when I had already told him that the call center was helping me. He suddenly offered the service that I had initially requested when he had already told me that he couldn't. ??? He also said that they don't receive faxes, but the business card has a number. I had to file a complaint with the call center. It was the most bizarre and ghetto visit that I have ever had at a bank. Thumbs down, Wells Fargo👎 I'm an existing customer and I ended up taking my business elsewhere. Additionally, the other bank had absolutely no problem with providing the requested service.
