Vida as a teller and specialy the manager were both acting so uncomfortable and not even helping but even accusing me of why did you close your account so that's exactly why I did it, all I needed to do was set up may new chase account to my WF credit card and the manager call the department, gave the phone and just left me there for hour and half and after that I had to left the bank whit my issue, also there was no one even to ask what happened !!! I've never had this kind of experience, this much feeling of uncomfortable, unhelpful and disrespect They really need to work on their behavior and customer service
