    I’ve had a great experience at the Wells Fargo on Burlingame Ave. Every visit has been smooth, and the staff here are consistently friendly, professional, and genuinely easy to work with. They take the time to make sure everything is handled correctly and never make you feel rushed. It’s clear they care about their customers, and that kind of service really stands out. Highly recommend this branch if you want a banking experience that feels personal and pleasant with Wells Fargo!

    I had a very disappointing experience at the Wells Fargo Burlingame branch. I deposited a check on 9/25/25, signed it in person with valid ID in front of the branch manager, and was told the funds would be available the next day. Instead, two days later I received an email stating my deposit was being held until 10/6/25 because my signature “did not match the payee.” Not only was this inaccurate — since I endorsed the check in front of their staff — but it caused me serious hardship. The bank failed to provide a clear written explanation as required under federal law, and I felt I was treated unfairly throughout the process. I have filed a formal complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau. Customers deserve professionalism, transparency, and fair treatment. Unfortunately, this branch did not meet those standards.

    Not sure if she realized it, but I found the teller at this branch to be patronizing. Perhaps my casual dress didn't reflect my account. I have had better service at Millbrae and San Mateo branches.
