I arrived on time, but had to wait to listen to angry customer arguing with a banker. Then I finaly was able to see the person, and was told that I have to come back as I still not meeting the requirements. However, I fulfilled all requirements they mentioned to me during my previous visit. Why not to give correct and full information at forst place?! Alas, who cares about anybody feelings these days. Just business...

Why bother going into the bank as almost everything today is done online or electronically? Getting change seems to be a valid reason... and now it is getting very hard to get change. Not sure if I will continue with Citibank.
