- MPMarc ParellaJun 27, 20251.0Disappointed that as a Citibank customer I could not able to get change as their policy seems to have been updated where only customers with checking accounts can get change. Why bother going into the bank as almost everything today is done online or electronically? Getting change seems to be a valid reason... and now it is getting very hard to get change. Not sure if I will continue with Citibank.

As a loyal customer and shareholder, I expected a standard of professionalism and support, but what I encountered was a branch manager who seemed utterly unqualified and completely indifferent to customer needs. She offered nothing but evasive, misleading answers and seemed to go out of her way to avoid addressing even the most basic questions about Citi’s services. Her dismissive and unhelpful attitude gave the impression that she either lacks the competence or simply doesn't care about fulfilling her role. This interaction left me feeling utterly disrespected and deeply disillusioned with Citi as a whole. If this is the kind of service Citi finds acceptable, it signals a shocking decline in the values and standards that once set this institution apart. I never thought I'd consider taking my business elsewhere, but this experience has genuinely shaken my confidence in Citi. This branch and its so-called leadership are a disgrace to the brand, and if this is representative of Citi’s direction, I’m no longer sure it’s a company I can trust or support.
